Our diagnostic tools are designed to support reflection and professional development. They are not a substitute for professional clinical assessment, regulatory inspection, legal advice, or any form of official audit or accreditation.
The AI-generated reports produced by PULSE and COMPASS are based solely on your responses to the diagnostic questions. We make no guarantee that the reports will accurately reflect the actual state of your organisation or service.
Results should be used as a starting point for conversation and reflection, not as definitive conclusions about your organisation's performance or compliance.
Payment of £47 grants you unlimited access to AI-generated reports across both the PULSE and the COMPASS diagnostic tool you purchased it for. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
The £47 fee is a one-time charge. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees unless we explicitly notify you otherwise.
Payments are non-refundable once a report has been generated, as the service is delivered immediately upon payment.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access the service using your credentials.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we believe information has been falsified or the service is being misused.
The PULSE and COMPASS diagnostic frameworks, question sets, anchor descriptions, scoring methodologies, and all related content are the intellectual property of Dean Malpass Consulting Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
The AI-generated report produced from your assessment responses is provided to you for your own professional use. You may share it internally within your organisation but may not publish or distribute it commercially.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dean Malpass Consulting Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our diagnostic tools or reliance on the reports generated.
Our total liability to you in connection with these services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
